Wei Guan

Wei Guan is a highly experienced technology leader with a robust background in architecture and solutions delivery, currently serving as Principal Architect and Tech Lead at Spring Free EV since November 2021. Wei has successfully led Salesforce design and implementations across various domains, including finance and operations, and developed innovative solutions such as intelligent fund accounting and AI-driven payment workflows. Prior roles include senior positions at New York Life Insurance Company, Salesforce, Oracle, and Barclays Investment Bank, where Wei provided expert CRM architectural services and served as a trusted technical architecture advisor. Wei holds dual Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
