Traci Sebastian

Traci Sebastian has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and lending industry. Traci started their career at National Penn Bank in 2004 as a Mortgage Processor and later transitioned into the role of Relationship Assistant in the Commercial Lending department. In 2010, they joined Valley Green Bank as a Relationship Assistant - Commercial Lending and was later promoted to the position of Credit Analyst/Loan Officer, where they supported the bank's Commercial & Industrial Lending Department. At Valley Green Bank, they specialized in assisting lenders with real estate, small business, and C&I financing. In 2015, Traci became a Commercial Loan Officer at Valley Green Bank's division of Univest, focusing on providing financial solutions for commercial clients in the greater Philadelphia region, with a particular emphasis on real estate investments. In 2016, they joined Spring Garden Lending as a Vice President and excelled in their role as a Senior Vice President Commercial Lending, catering to the unique lending needs of real estate professionals in Philadelphia.
