Vanessa Thomas

Vanessa Thomas is a Certified Nursing Assistant with extensive experience in providing personal care and medical assistance to residents and patients. Vanessa has worked at Spring Harbor at Green Island since June 2011 and Gentiva Home Health Services from May 2000 to June 2011. Vanessa is skilled in obtaining vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring changes in patient conditions.
