Carly Newhouse (She/Her)

Carly Newhouse has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Carly is currently working as a Senior Manager of Provider Partnerships at Spring Health, a company focused on modernizing behavioral health benefits. In this role, Carly is responsible for providing a comprehensive solution for mental well-being by offering various types of care such as therapy, coaching, medication, and EAP services.

Before joining Spring Health, Carly worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from 2019 to 2021 as a Partner Engagement Manager for MSK Direct. During their time there, they played a crucial role in driving innovation in the employer healthcare space by developing alternative payment models and establishing key relationships with corporate clients. Carly also co-founded the MSK Culture Committee, which aimed to enhance employee engagement through various initiatives.

Prior to their role at Memorial Sloan Kettering, Carly served as a Social Worker in the Pediatric Department and Employee Assistance Program at Mount Sinai Hospital from 2014 to 2019, where they provided support and assistance to patients and employees. Carly also gained experience as a Group Facilitator at A Caring Hand: The Billy Esposito Foundation from 2016 to 2018, helping individuals cope with loss and grief.

In addition, Carly worked as a Community Engagement Intern at Heketi Community Charter School from 2013 to 2014, where they actively participated in community outreach activities. Carly also served as a Project Analyst at Mintz Levin from 2010 to 2012, contributing to various projects.

Carly Newhouse (She/Her) obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology and English from Barnard College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Carly then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a World of Work concentration at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.

In 2020, Carly Newhouse enrolled in the altMBA program, joining the altMBA43 Ogre Cohort offered by Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops. The completion date for this program is not provided.
