Casey Dorough

Casey Dorough is a committed manager with a strong background in onboarding and enablement, currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding & Enablement at Spring Health since May 2023. In this role, Casey leads a team of 13 onboarding specialists, implementing strategies for seamless transitions for various provider types while consistently exceeding team KPIs. Previous experience includes serving as Onboarding Team Lead and Onboarding and Enablement Associate at Spring Health, as well as a Learning and Development Specialist at Upperline Health. Casey also has a foundation in healthcare operations from roles at Village Podiatry Centers and Central Georgia Heart Center.
