Grace Lee

Grace Lee currently serves as VP, Chief of Staff at Spring Health, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Grace was the Head of Strategy & Operations at Dandy from September 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives and supporting customer onboarding and success teams. Earlier experience includes key positions at OnDeck, where Grace rose from Manager of Strategic Initiatives to Director of International Strategy from September 2017 to July 2021, and a summer associate role at Goldman Sachs. Grace began a career in research and development at Hanover Research and Coleman Research. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
