Jess Hopkins

Jess Hopkins has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Starting in 2013, Jess worked as a Graphic Design Intern at New Breed Marketing. In 2015, they gained experience as an Information + Graphic Design Intern at HealthDataViz. Jess then joined Slalom Consulting in 2016, where they worked as a User Experience and Design professional until 2018. During this time, they also served as a Typography Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University. In 2018, Jess joined Turo as a Product Designer, before moving to Wayfair in 2019 as a Product Design Manager. Later in 2019, Jess transitioned to Salsify as a Senior Product Designer. In 2020, they joined Firefly Health as a Product Designer. Currently, Jess holds the position of Senior Product Designer, Member Experience at Spring Health since 2021. They also served as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University from 2017 to 2021.

Jess Hopkins holds a Master's Degree in Informational Design and Visualization, which was obtained from Northeastern University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, Jess completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design and Digital Media from Champlain College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Jess has obtained certifications in teaching trauma sensitive yoga and as a fluid yoga instructor from the Justice Resource Institute and Yoga Alliance, respectively, in 2020.
