Katherine Sutton

Katherine Sutton has worked in various roles in the field of recruitment and staffing. Katherine began their career at Scotty's Brewhouse as a waitress from July 2014 to May 2018. In 2018, they joined Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. as a Staffing Recruiter and later became a Senior Staffing Recruiter from June 2019 to August 2019. From August 2019 to July 2021, Katherine worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hopebridge. Katherine then joined Elemy in July 2021 as a Recruiter, handling new and emerging markets, and later as a Clinical Recruiter for New Ventures from February 2022 to May 2022. Currently, they are a Global Recruiter at Spring Health starting from May 2022.

Katherine Sutton attended Ball State University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Innovation and Leadership. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certifications of Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in July 2021 and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) from the American Staffing Association in February 2019.
