Kelsey Witmer

Kelsey Witmer is an experienced professional in the field of employee experience and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Experience at Spring Health since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey was an Adjunct Professor at Elmhurst University and held various positions at Tovala, including Director and Senior Manager of People Ops. Kelsey has a diverse background at OppFi as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Director of Culture & Change Management, and experience at SmithBucklin as Talent Development Manager.
