Melina Charis Yang

Melina Charis Yang, M.Ed., ACC, is an accomplished Life and Wellness Coach at Spring Health since March 2023 and has operated as an ICF Certified Coach under the personal brand Melina Charis since September 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Integration Specialist and Client Success Guide at Nue Life Health, Social Media Manager at the Center for Transformational Coaching, and Assistant Director of New Student and Family Engagement at Mount Saint Mary's University. Additional roles include serving as a Graduate Assistant and Academic Coach at the University of Southern California, as well as various positions in education, including English Teacher at PUC Schools as part of Teach For America. Melina holds a Master’s Degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
