Customer Success Manager at Spring Health

Natalia Briones began their work experience as a Marketing Assistant at The Sukosol in Bangkok for a brief period in 2014. In 2017, they served as an Influencer Marketing Intern at Gushcloud, where they researched and matched influencers with high-profile companies and prepared case studies for advertising campaigns. During that same year, they also held the position of Co-Public Relations Chair for CU Generation, where they produced promotional videos and organized photoshoots and advertisements for dance workshops and performances.

In 2018, Natalia worked as a Content and User Operations Intern at ByteDance, analyzing videos for content sharing purposes and researching social media platforms to develop topic lists. The following year, they became a Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization Intern at Stella Rising. In this role, they analyzed keyword research and consumer search volume to assist in writing product descriptions and compiled monthly reports for clients.

Continuing their career progression, Natalia served as the President of CU Generation from 2019 to 2020, leading the hip hop dance group and driving audience and online viewers through promotional videos and coordinated photoshoots and performances. In 2020, they joined BluePrint Research Group as an Associate and worked as an Associate Consultant at TRINITY from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Associate at Spring Health starting in November 2021.

Natalia Briones has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in East Asian Studies from Barnard College. Natalia also attended Peking University as a scholar, where they studied Business Chinese. Additionally, Natalia attended Columbia University and obtained a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in East Asian Studies. Prior to their college education, Natalia Briones attended Deerfield Academy, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
