Nate Dalo

Nate Dalo has extensive work experience in software engineering and technical support. Nate is currently working at Spring Health as a Senior Software Engineer II / Tech Lead. In this role, they are responsible for designing and building systems that improve members' overall health and well-being. Nate works with web technologies such as Ruby on Rails and React to match members with the care they need.

Prior to their current role, Nate worked as an Independent Developer/Contractor, where they integrated with various 3rd party APIs and utilized their knowledge of Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX to create responsive web applications. Nate also implemented automation tools to streamline manual tasks.

Before that, Nate worked at Merchants Bonding Company as a Senior Applications Developer, where they contributed their expertise in software development.

Earlier in their career, Nate worked at JDS Solutions Corporation as a Tier 2 Technical Support Representative / Software Developer. Nate utilized advanced troubleshooting techniques and developed custom software solutions for clients.

Nate also gained valuable experience as a Technical Support Engineer at ISC Group, LLC.

Prior to transitioning into the tech industry, Nate served in the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) as an Electro-Optics Sergeant.

Nate Dalo attended Tarrant County College in 2010, where they pursued general education studies. In 2011, they briefly enrolled at The University of Texas at Arlington, focusing on computer science. Later, in 2013, Nate attended Regis University for computer science, and they completed their studies in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Cybersecurity at Work certification from LinkedIn in June 2022. Additionally, Nate has acquired an A+ certification from CompTIA, for which the specific date of completion is unknown.
