Niccole LaDue, M.A. has had a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and wellness field. Most recently, starting in October 2021, they have been working as a Senior Manager of Coaching at Spring Health. Prior to this, from August 2015 to October 2021, they served as the Director of Clinical Operations at Asset Health.

In addition to their management roles, Niccole has been involved in teaching and instruction. Niccole worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Oakland Community College from February 2016 to December 2016, and as a Spinning Instructor at Sola Life & Fitness from March 2015 to October 2016.

Before transitioning to management and teaching roles, Niccole gained experience in various wellness and fitness positions. Niccole served as a Wellness Coordinator at Evangelical Homes of Michigan from November 2014 to August 2015, and as a Health Educator at Blue Care Network from October 2012 to November 2014.

Earlier in their career, Niccole held positions such as Fitness Programs Manager and Fitness Coach at Beaumont Health from January 2012 to October 2012, and from February 2011 to December 2011, respectively. Niccole also worked as a Personal Trainer at Aria Fitness Consulting from September 2011 to December 2011.

Niccole began their career as a Physical Therapy Technician at HealthQuest Physical Therapy and Wellness Centers, where they worked from September 2008 to February 2011. Niccole also gained experience as an Exercise Specialist Intern at Medical Network One from September 2010 to December 2010.

Throughout their career, Niccole LaDue, M.A. has developed a strong background in healthcare, wellness, coaching, and instruction, with a focus on improving individuals' physical and mental well-being.

Niccole LaDue, M.A. completed their education at two institutions. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Rowan University and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Wellness & Lifestyle Management. Prior to that, they studied at Oakland University from 2006 to 2011 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention, with a focus on Exercise Science.

In addition to their academic degrees, Niccole LaDue has obtained several certifications. In May 2022, they completed the "Cybersecurity at Work" course offered by LinkedIn. Niccole also completed the "Learning GDPR" course on LinkedIn in the same month. In January 2021, they obtained the "Mental Health First Aid" certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. In June 2020, they received the "Standard First Aid, CPR and AED" certification from the American Safety and Health Institute.

Furthermore, Niccole LaDue holds several wellness-related certifications. In May 2012, they became a "Certified Wellness Practitioner" through the National Wellness Institute. Additionally, in February 2019, they received the "Certified Health Coach" designation from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Furthermore, they acquired the "Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist" certification from the National Wellness Institute in July 2016. Prior to that, in February 2014, they obtained the "Certified Spinning Instructor" certification from Mad Dogg Athletics. Earlier, in August 2011, they became a "Certified Personal Trainer" through the American College of Sports Medicine. In December 2011, they acquired the "Aquatic Fitness Professional" certification from the Aquatic Exercise Association. Finally, in December 2013, they completed the "Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED" certification offered by the American Red Cross.
