Zainab Gadhia

Zainab Gadhia is an experienced professional in quality assurance and clinical operations, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Spring Health since December 2023. Previously, Zainab worked as a Clinical Operations Readiness Coordinator at Care Access from August 2022 to April 2023 and held multiple roles, including CX & Retention Coordinator and Care Coordinator at Cerebral between April 2021 and August 2022. Zainab began the career as an ABA Behavioral Therapist at PediaPlex from September 2020 to April 2021. Zainab earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Texas Woman's University, completing the program in 2020.
