Phillip Ellison

Phillip Ellison, MBA, CPSM, C.P.M., CPPO, RTSBA has over two decades of work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Phillip served as the Executive Director of Procurement Services at Spring ISD, where they also held the roles of Assistant Superintendent of Business & Support Services and Executive Director of Supply Chain Services. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract Manager for IT at MD Anderson Cancer Center and as the Director of Purchasing at TruGreen LandCare.

Phillip Ellison holds an AAS in Jewelry Design from Fashion Institute of Technology (1985-1987), a BBA in Supply Chain Management from University of Houston-Downtown (1990-1994), and an MBA in Supply Chain and Marketing from University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business (2003-2006). Additionally, they obtained the Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) certification from UPPCC in July 2021.
