Anup Kapur

Anup Kapur currently serves as the Executive Director of Procurement Services at The College of New Jersey, a position held since June 2016. Prior to this role, Anup held several key positions at Eastern University, including Director of Academic Budgets and Operations from July 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities included oversight of budgeting functions and collaboration with finance teams on the financial sustainability of academic programs, and Director of Procurement Services at Palmer Seminary of Eastern University from November 2001 to June 2011. Earlier in the career, Anup was COO at MHASP and held the position of VP for Finance and Operations, having been promoted from Controller in 1997. Anup holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Scranton and a Master's degree in Information Systems and Security from Our Lady of the Lake University.
