Rhoda Johnson began their career in 1994 at Beecher Community School District as a Support Services Associate, where they managed program budgets and student records. Rhoda then moved on to Genesee School District in 2006 as the Regional Manager of Shared Business Services, overseeing budgets and financial operations. In 2012, they transitioned to Pioneer Natural Resources Company as an Accountant, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Penspen as an Accountant, demonstrating business acumen and employee development skills. Currently, they serve as the Director of Finance at Spring ISD, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Rhoda has consistently shown strong financial management and leadership abilities.
Rhoda Johnson earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2006. Rhoda further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University in 2010.
