Paul Wulms has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in policy development and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Kwaliteit en Pedagogiek at Spring Kinderopvang since September 2019, Paul previously held significant roles such as Manager bedrijfsvoering en-ontwikkeling at Orthodontistenpraktijk Boxmeer and various policy advisor positions at GGD Limburg-Noord and Veiligheidsregio Limburg-Noord. Earlier career experience includes work in graphic design and web development at PABLO Graphics, as well as foundational roles in health policy at GGD Noord-Limburg and NIVEL. Paul Wulms holds a degree in Gezondheidswetenschappen, Beleid en Beheer from Maastricht University.
