John Cavanagh

John Cavanagh has a strong background in operations management and leadership. From 2019 to present, they have been working as the Operations Manager at Spring Oaks Capital, LLC, where they lead a team of associates to exceed recovery goals and ensures high levels of compliance. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they held a similar position at PRA Group, where they consistently ranked among the top 20% of Operation Managers across all sites. At PRA Group, they also focused on maximizing team production and compliance. Before that, from 2011 to 2014, John served as the AVP, Legacy Asset Services Unit Manager at Bank of America, where they managed a team of 33 Customer Relationship Managers in resolving client concerns and maintaining quality standards.

John Cavanagh attended Hampton University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management.
