Amilcar Chavez

Chef Amilcar Chavez is a dedicated culinary professional with extensive experience in various restaurant settings. They served as Chef De Cuisine at San Vicente Bungalows from 2021 to 2022 and currently hold the same title at Spring Place since 2022. Amilcar has also worked as a Sous Chef at several establishments, including Eataly and Tuck Hotel, and began their career as a Lead Prep Cook and Baker at Urth Caffe. Educated as a Gastronomy Technician at Culinary School ITCA FEPADE, Amilcar possesses a passion for learning and a positive attitude toward challenges in the kitchen.
