Giovanni Palacardo

Giovanni Palacardo has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Giovanni started their career as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse in 1989 and then moved on to roles such as Internal Auditor at IMI Group and Risk Control at Mabon Securities. Giovanni joined Banca IMI in 1996 as the Head of Internal Audit and later became the COO and Director of Finance. In 1998, they joined Sanpaolo IMI as the Head of Capital Markets for the London branch. Palacardo then transitioned to McIntosh Labs in 2013, where they served as the CFO of North America for Fine Sounds Group. Giovanni continued their CFO role at McIntosh Group inc. in 2017 and then moved to Spring Place in 2018 as the CFO and COO. Giovanni currently holds both positions at Spring Place.
