Chelsea Hicks

Chelsea Hicks currently serves as Chief of Staff and Manager in the Office of the President at Spring Point Partners LLC, a social impact organization focused on fostering community change and justice through investment in leaders and solutions. Prior to this role, Chelsea worked as a Project Manager at Fairmount Ventures, a consulting firm for the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Chelsea's earlier experience includes serving as Special Assistant for Presidential Initiatives at Swarthmore College, where collaboration with leaders and stakeholders was essential in advancing the President's strategic priorities. Chelsea also contributed as an Investment Analyst on an endowment team managing a $1.8 billion portfolio. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from Swarthmore College and has completed programs in diversity and race equity at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Southern California.
