Markita Morris-Louis

Markita Morris-Louis, Esq. serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Working Capital, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income families build assets and achieve financial stability since June 2019. Prior to this role, Markita was the Chief Strategy Officer at Compass, where strategic leadership was provided, overseeing national strategies and innovations in service delivery. Markita is also an Investment Advisor for Spring Point Partners LLC, focusing on social impact investments. Other notable positions include Chair of the Affordable Housing Advisory Council at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Clarifi.
