Nancy Wise, MBA, MPH, is a seasoned leader in the healthcare sector, currently serving as President of Spring Street Exchange, where the focus is on strategic and operational transformation for healthcare companies. As a Founding Member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, Nancy supports the advancement of women into positions of power. Previously, Nancy held the position of Senior Vice President at HTMS, specializing in strategy and regulatory consulting, and served as Director of Strategic & New Product Development at Blue Shield of California. Nancy's career also includes experience as Director of Human Resources at Baker Places, Inc. Nancy holds an MBA and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in American Civilization from Brown University.
