Thant Thura Zan

Thant Thura Zan is currently an Assistant Lecturer at Myanmar Imperial University since January 2022. Thant has also served as a Research Assistant at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs from January 2024 to June 2024 and participated as a Research Intern in the ASEAN Climate Change and Energy Project Phase II at the ASEAN Centre for Energy from July 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a part-time Tutor position at Yangon University of Economics, internships at SME-Development Bank and Myanma Economic Bank, and a strong educational background with ongoing Master’s degrees in Sustainability Studies from the University of Agder and International Business from Universitas Gadjah Mada, as well as previous degrees from Yangon University of Economics and Nay Lin Aung Finance and Accountancy Academy.
