Steve Bruszer

Steve Bruszer has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Steve started their career as a project manager with Spaw-Glass Construction, Inc. in 1985. In 1993, they joined Spring Valley Construction Company as vice president of project management. During their 15 years with the company, they helped it grow to peak at $90M in revenue with a staff of 15. In 2008, they left Spring Valley to join Berglund Construction as vice president of operations. There, they managed the Illinois Building Division from 2009 through 2012. The division had a revenue of $50M/year with a staff of 10 project managers, 3 pre-construction and 5 administrative positions. Steve also served as the Ethics Committee Chairman from Feb. 2009 to Nov. 2012. In November 2012, they returned to Spring Valley Construction Company as president.

Steve Bruszer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Bradley University.
