Heather Williams serves as the Director of Technical Operations at Spring Venture Group, beginning in October 2021. Previously, Heather held the role of Senior Information Technology Manager at American Century Investments from March 1998 to May 2021, where responsibilities included developing new platform teams, operationalizing platforms, and championing technology roadmaps. Heather also led innovative web solutions through Agile methodologies, facilitated an Agile transformation, and drove web modernization initiatives. Educationally, Heather holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
