Shai Mercer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Currently, Shai is the Customer Success Team Lead at Beti, a mobile and web safety management application for construction sites. As a Customer Success Manager at Beti, Shai was responsible for managing client relationships, incorporating the app at work sites, and improving the product based on client experience.

Before joining Beti, Shai co-founded and worked as a partner at Nivut Kehilati, an innovative company that specializes in organizing tailor-made orienteering activities for communities and organizations in Israel. Shai's role at Nivut Kehilati involved working with large clients such as Tel Aviv and Jerusalem Municipalities and preparing the company website.

Prior to that, Shai served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a First Sergeant in the Elite Unit of the Tank Battalion. Shai completed the squad commander course for the Infantry and was the head of the unit's Orienteering Section, responsible for organizing and leading trainings.
