Shamesia Parker

Shamesia Parker is currently the Director of Enterprise Accounts at springbig. Shamesia has previously worked as the Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Territory Sales Manager at Veriato. As the Senior Customer Success Manager, they were responsible for the largest customer upsell in 2018 and 2019, as well as successfully renewing Veriato's largest client in 2019. Shamesia also developed and streamlined onboarding, retention, and training materials for Veriato's clients. In their role as Senior Territory Sales Manager, they successfully negotiated upsells and renewals within multiple enterprise and mid-market accounts.
