James Grist

James Grist is currently working as a Springboard Ambassador at Springboard since January 2023. Prior to this role, James held the position of Head of Talent at D&D London and COYA London. With extensive experience in talent management and human resources, James previously worked at BALANS RESTAURANTS LIMITED and DP Concessions in various managerial roles. James holds a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice from Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the University of Wales Newport.
