Paul Lawman

Paul Lawman has held various roles in the food and beverage industry, starting as a business owner at The Cafe and later becoming Director at Bar Victoria Court. Paul then moved on to become Group Support Chef at HQ Theatres & Hospitality, before taking on the role of Ambassador at The Springboard Charity & Springboard UK. Currently, Paul serves as the Head of Food & Beverage at Trafalgar Entertainment. Throughout their career, Paul has showcased their culinary expertise and leadership skills.
