Jeffrey Holland Ph.D has a diverse work experience. Jeffrey began their career in 1991 as a Retire PO for the Omaha Police Dept, where they observed and enforced relevant city ordinances, state statutes and laws within the City of Omaha, NE. In 2001, they became a Trainer and Compliance for the Missouri Regional Community Policing Institution, providing state and municipal law enforcement, businesses and community stakeholders, professional and interactive community policing training and technical assistance throughout the state of Missouri. In 2003, Jeffrey was hired as a Project Director for Atkins Warren and Associates Consultants, where they initiated communications and built relationships with experts in the field of government and community stakeholders. In 2009, they were hired as an Operations Manager for Universal Protection Service, where they were in charge of policy review, evaluation and updating client recommended security protocols. In 2010, Jeffrey began working for Deco Inc as a Protective Services, a half billion dollar privately held global provider of law enforcement an military trained, security solutions, specialized technical services to government clients throughout the world. In 2017, they became a Lead Teacher for Springboard Education in America, and in 2018, they were hired as a Transit Security Officer for Allied Universal.
Jeffrey Holland Ph.D. began their educational career in 1983 when they earned a BS in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University in 1987. Jeffrey then went on to earn an MS in Criminal Justice from Washburn University in 2004. Finally, in 2015, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University.
