Elaina Church (She/Her)

Elaina joined Springboard Collaborative in November 2025, bringing over 5 years of project and program management experience. She has led numerous large, enterprise-level initiatives across cross-function teams involving curriculum, technical platforms, service delivery and more. Elaina lives in Brooklyn, New York and her favorite children's book is The Paper Bag Princess by Robert Munsch because it subverts typical fairytale endings.
