Ezeugo Akotaobi (He/Him)

An immigrant from Nigeria, Ezeugo has always had a love for the celebration of cultural differences and is enamored by the DEI initiative. He joined Springboard Collaborative full-time in December 2021 as the Senior Associate, People Operations. Before his full-time hire, he supported Springboard in a part-time capacity doing much the same work. In his role, he enjoys being able to hire and support the seasonal staff that implement Springboard programming and make a difference in children’s lives!

Graduating with a BS in Exercise Science, his main professional goal has always been to help people and improve lives, regardless of what realm that takes him to. Ezeugo has a passion for writing and sports journalism, engaging in that during his free time. His favorite childhood book series is The Lightning Thief because it illustrates how powerful and effective words are at painting a picture through the power of imagination.
