Mikaela C. McGee (She/Her)

Mikaela has always been extremely passionate about closing the literacy gap as she has learned how valuable reading is and has consistently been an avid reader herself. She thoroughly enjoys both reading and writing, which is why she decided to pursue a Bachelor’s in Journalism and a Double Master’s Degree in Journalism and Global Mass Communications from Ohio University. She worked as a Family Liaison for Springboard Collaborative in 2020 and is thrilled to come back as a Talent Acquisition Associate on the Talent Acquisition Team. Mikaela’s favorite childhood books to read were the Geronimo Stilton series, which sparked her interest in journalism and traveling as the protagonist worked as an editor and publisher while going on wild adventures!
