Benjamin Rafter

Ben Rafter serves as president and CEO of Springboard Hospitality, a boutique hotel management company overseeing 47 properties across 13 states, since July 2018. Additionally, Rafter is the managing partner of Jororo, LLC, focusing on hotel acquisitions in Hawaii and the West Coast, with investments in eleven hotels totaling approximately 1,800 rooms. Rafter has held significant roles in the hospitality industry, including president and CEO positions at Aqua Hospitality and Aston Hotels and Resorts, where management of 58 properties solidified leadership in the Hawaii market. Previous experience includes leadership at Travelworm, Get2Hawaii, and Cambridge Technology Partners, as well as co-founding Livebid. Rafter's education was completed at the University of Washington.
