Kirk Minami serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Springboard Manufacturing since January 2025, following a career characterized by strategic financial leadership in various organizations. Previously, at Vann Brothers from April 2022 to October 2024, Kirk focused on scaling the business through improved decision-making and streamlined processes. At Von Housen Automotive Group (April 2019 - April 2022), Kirk enhanced back office functions, establishing efficient centralized operations and transparent financial reporting. During tenure at Cooks Collision (July 2015 - January 2019), Kirk led the sale of the company, negotiating key agreements and conducting financial assessments. Earlier, at Edience, Inc. (September 2007 - June 2015), Kirk built critical organizational structures that supported substantial growth from 16 to 400 employees. Kirk holds a BA in Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara (1985-1989).
