André Stábile

André Stábile is an accomplished User Experience Lead with extensive expertise in conducting user research, creating wireframes, and developing high-fidelity designs to meet user needs and business goals. Currently serving at McFadyen Digital since January 2024, André has previously held significant roles, including UX Mentor at Springboard, where support was provided to enhance technical UX skills, and User Experience Lead at Navable and InfoPrice, overseeing design systems and leading teams. André's background also includes senior positions at Natura &Co and BairesDev, where user experience improvements significantly increased conversion rates. André holds a specialization in User Experience from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
