Dharma Rao is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in architecting and driving technology strategies across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief Architect at Springboard since July 2017, Dharma Rao focuses on developing generative AI capabilities to enhance the student learning experience and optimize operational costs. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer, Dharma Rao built and led a development team that achieved significant revenue growth and launched various educational courses. At MakeMyTrip.com, Dharma Rao directed technology development efforts, enhancing multiple transportation products for the leading online travel aggregator in India. Early career accomplishments include software consulting at FourthLion Technologies, where impactful voter engagement solutions were developed for major elections, and a decade-long tenure at Tejas Networks, where progression to Senior Manager in R&D was achieved. Dharma Rao holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
