Josh Eaker serves as the Head of User Experience & Design at MassMutual since July 2022, while also mentoring aspiring UX/UI designers at Springboard. Eaker has maintained a consultancy under the name JoshuaEaker / A19 Creative since 2000, providing strategic and design services to clients such as Digitas and St Louis Zoo. Previously held senior UX positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, John Hancock, Cinch Financial, and Fidelity Investments, among others, showcasing extensive experience in UX and design. Eaker holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Lindenwood University, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
