Kelley Eyzaguirre

Kelley Eyzaguirre has a diverse work experience in strategic finance, business operations, and project management. Starting in 2013, Kelley interned at Comcast, gaining exposure to the finance field. In 2014, they joined Comcast's CORE Finance Leadership Development Program, where they completed rotations in content distribution strategy, cable controllership, and FP&A. In 2016, Kelley joined Turner as a Senior Financial Analyst, working on strategic projects and financial analyses across divisions. At Turner, they also served as the Manager of Strategic Finance for Turner International, supporting the CFO and working on investments, acquisitions, and financial performance monitoring. In 2019, Kelley worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, and in 2020, they became a Consultant at the same company. Currently, Kelley holds the position of Head of Business Operations and Strategy at Springboard, where they lead teams responsible for strategic projects, analytics, and financial planning.

Kelley Eyzaguirre has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Harvard Business School. Kelley also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
