Lucy Roberts is currently a UX/UI Design Graduate and Student at Springboard since March 2023. Prior to this, Lucy served as a Senior Research Assistant at Providence Health & Services from September 2021 to March 2023, where effective user-centered research methodologies were utilized to improve medication efficacy and patient outcomes while enhancing data collection processes. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Internship at HR The Borgen Project in late 2020, focusing on candidate selection and employer branding, as well as research assistant roles at the University of Michigan in both the Education and Psychology department and the Department of Psychiatry, contributing to crucial studies in cognitive-behavioral therapy for OCD. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2020.
