Parisa Hojjatnia

Parisa Hojjatnia is a data scientist and professional educator with extensive experience spanning various roles in data processing and education. Currently a Data Scientist Fellow at Springboard since March 2020, Parisa has completed over 550 hours of hands-on training, specializing in Python, SQL, data analysis, visualization, hypothesis testing, and machine learning. With a tenure as a Professional Educator at San Mateo Union High School District since November 2015, Parisa collaborates on data science instruction and analyzes student data using query-based software. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior and Junior Seismic Data Processor at Cadcam Iran, where responsibilities included seismic data processing, technical reporting, and mentoring new graduates, as well as an internship at the National Iranian Oil Company. Parisa holds a Master's degree in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Iran University of Science and Technology.
