Ryan Fong

Ryan Fong is the current Chief Financial Officer at Springboard. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Q Bio from January 2019 to December 2020. Ryan has also held various positions at Scalyr, Udacity, Microsoft, and Yahoo!. Ryan has been instrumental in leading the finance and accounting function at these companies and has helped them scale through 20x revenue growth. Ryan has a proven track record in successfully implementing financial processes, systems, and controls that have helped companies expand internationally and raise more than $125M of funding.

Ryan Fong graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Ryan then went on to earn their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Ryan Fong reports to Gautam Tambay, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Andrew Moers - President, Consumer Business, Vincent Huang - VP Product & People, and Nichole Pitzen - VP, People & Places.
