Seth Greenberg

Seth Greenberg is currently the VP of Program Operations at Springboard. Prior to that, they were the Director of New Market Operations at Honor. Seth has also worked as the COO of EdSurge, where they navigated the company through a period of re-focus as a media business with greater than 20% YoY growth in both pageview traffic and users. At EdSurge, they also developed organizational and team strategic plans to focus on prioritized areas for growth, co-led efforts to secure an additional venture funding round for EdSurge in 2018, and led multiple cross-functional initiatives to drive increased earned revenue across each of the key revenue-generating businesses for EdSurge. In addition, they improved PeopleOps through establishing a cross-functional team and creating new approaches to performance management and compensation with near 100% participation; planned and ran annual company offsites.
