Siim Schults

Siim Schults is an experienced software engineer and mentor with a diverse background in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as a Mentor at Springboard since January 2020, Siim provides guidance to aspiring software engineers through weekly calls on topics such as debugging and career development. Previously, as Engineering Lead at Ro5 from February 2022 to October 2024, Siim specialized in bespoke solutions for the pharmaceutical and clinical research organization sectors, successfully building a prototype of a large language model-based product in just one week. Siim's experience also includes roles as a Software Craftsman at Certific, contracting positions at BenevolentAI, SAM Labs, Telia, Coop Pank AS, and Omniva, as well as software engineering at Medopad and Uptime OU. Siim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Tartu and completed courses on Coursera.
