Wesley Ratliff

Wesley Ratliff is a professional with a diverse background in architecture and design, currently pursuing professional development in UX/UI design through a certification program at Springboard since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Junior Designer at ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge from June 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities spanned various project phases from concept to construction. Wesley served as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University while completing a Master's Degree in Architecture, focusing on introductory courses in structural physics and engineering. Additional experience includes internships and contract roles with firms such as Elkus Manfredi Architects and Elm City Architects.
