Lorna Gibson is currently a Producer, Teacher Professional Development & Educator Training at Micro:bit Educational Foundation. Prior to that, they were with LAMBDA JAM LTD from November 2015 to January 2016 as the Tournament Coordinator for First Lego League. From Raspberry Pi Foundation, they served as the Programme Manager (Lead for Community Engagement), Code Club from November 2015 to January 2022. Lorna was also the Scotland Coordinator for Code Club from August 2014 to November 2015.
Lorna has also been an Honorary Researcher with The University of Dundee and NHS Tayside. Lorna has also worked as an Accessibility & Usability Consultant with Digital Media Access Group.
Lorna Gibson has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computing from the University of Dundee and a BSc in Applied Computing from the University of Dundee.
