Cindy Rooijakkers

Cindy Rooijakkers is a skilled freelance user researcher and UX/CRO specialist with extensive experience across various companies since 2007. Currently engaged in user research activities for Signify and Wizz, Cindy conducts deep dives into user behavior, data analysis, and the implementation of A/B tests to enhance website performance. Previous roles include freelance positions at Springbok Agency and Findability, where Cindy provided data analysis, user testing, and optimization strategies for clients such as Youfone, T-Mobile, and Allianz. With a strong foundation in online marketing, UX design, and SEO, Cindy holds a Master of Arts in Communicatie-design from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Fontys University.
