Carrie Hester

Carrie Hester has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Superintendent for Springboro Community City Schools since March 2018, with prior roles including Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Director of Human Resources. Hester has also held positions such as Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Operations at Springboro Community City Schools and Associate Director of Human Resources at Hamilton City School District. The educational background includes a Master of Education in K-12 Administration and Educational Leadership from Xavier University, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Wright State University. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Special Education Teacher and Stadium Operation Nurse Coordinator with the Cincinnati Reds.
